Wednesdays  7:00-8:15 pm

Saturdays     3:00-4:30 pm

$30 per session

*Practices at other times may be available - 
Private Sessions are $50 each for 1-2 athletes

Group Sessions

Practice Sessions are $30/session for drop in athletes. 

Practice sessions are open to all vaulters - beginners to advanced.

Private Sessions

$50 /hour

Fall Season
Sept. 23 - Nov. 14th
8 week session

     $200 - 1 session / week

     $300 - 2 sessions / week

     $400 - 3 sessions / week

    Includes 3 Super Saturday Sessions 4-7 pm

    Sept. 26, Oct. 24, & Nov. 14

    Vaulting + strength, drills, & Film Study over Dinner

Friday Practice 2/6

Practice this Friday! 4:15 on the runway... warm up on your own before.

 It should be warmer than is has been, but don't let that fool you. Dress warmer than you think... Monday my girls had a FABULOUS session despite the cold... cause they all dressed for it! It makes a difference!

Spring Practice Schedule 2015

75 degrees outside today and spring has arrived!

Also here is the High School Outdoor Track and Field Season! With most high schools beginning competitions this weekend or next, we will move to our Spring Practice Schedule. Practices will be 1 hour, and athletes will need to warm up on their own before practice begins. Since you are getting lots of work in during your track practices at school, we will spend most of our time on the runway pole vaulting!

District and Region Championships are 3 months away. All of you have put in some good work already this year, now is the time to stick with it and see it all come together. See you on the track!
